Returns and Exchange

Returns - We love that you are shopping with Love Prema and we want you to be completely satisfied.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your online purchases,  you may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or credit note. 

All clothing and accessories must be in their original packaging with their tags and receipts. All items must be unworn and unwashed. Sales items are not available for a credit note or exchange. Shipping costs are non refundable. Please insure your package when returning the items/items in case of loss.

We will put a note on the account and email you as soon as the package is delivered with a credit / exchange note to be used at any time within the next year. 

Exchanges - For all exchanges please follow above information regarding return policies. Please contact us at lovepremadesigns@gmail.com to let us know the sizing that is needed and we will do our best to assist you. Please package the item/items with their original receipt with insurance to deter any charges due to loss in transit. Once your package is returned we will process the exchange on your account and send your new item/items.
